Nobody commissioned Meadowbrook Measure. We built it because service businesses around here were measuring yards by driving out to look at them, and that is a real cost with a real fix.

The property line comes from parish records, the yard from aerial data, and everything you do not bill is shaded out. Seconds, not a site visit.

Our web page, an API key for a subscriber's own software, and a connection that lets an AI assistant run the same lookups. One account, one meter.

Sign-in, accounts, subscriptions, cancellations and usage limits are all handled by the software. Nobody here sends an invoice by hand.

Heavy tree cover, a gap in the data, a house built since the imagery: it refuses with the reason instead of guessing. A number nobody can trust is worse than no number.

QUESTIONS WE ACTUALLY GET
- Why build software instead of buying it?
- Buy it if it fits. Most owners we meet are already paying for a tool that does most of the job, and doing the rest by hand around it. When the workaround costs more than the software, that is the moment to build.
- Isn't custom software a year-long project?
- Not the way we do it. We build one working piece first and put it in your hands in weeks. You use it, we learn what was wrong, and the next piece connects to it. Nothing here requires you to guess the whole system up front.
- What happens if we stop working together?
- It keeps running and it stays yours. The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from the start, so you can hand it to any developer. That is the point of building it this way.
- Who runs it once it is built?
- Your call, and it is not a one-way door. We can host it and keep it looked after, or hand the whole thing over to run on accounts in your name. Whichever you start with is agreed and priced before we build, and you can move to the other later.
- Can it work with the systems we already have?
- That is usually most of the job. Software that ignores what you already run just adds another place to type things twice.
